It's an activity we do all together and a piece of normal from before corona! 

It's a distraction from my current situation; forces me to forget about my stress (I am pregnant and taking care of COVID patients so I am under a lot of stress) and be present for my child 

AFTER AN ONLINE CLASS: Jackie is dancing around my house singing "let me tell you about my friends"  I know she had her focus on other stuff today but I just want to show you that the class definitely made a big impact!

My four year old has enjoyed weekly music together classes since she was 6 months old! She knows all the songs well, and I often catch her singing the songs around the house, changing words to fit the activity she is doing, making beats with the words from the songs etc. She loves singing lullaby's from the class to her little sister to help her sleep (and it works!!) This program has enriched our lives to an extent that I cannot express in words. 

Thank you for the link! Also, I really appreciate how you emphasize how children all learn differently and how they are still taking in the music no matter if they walk off screen. I’ve been encouraging a lot of my mommy friends to join because I know how well kids benefit from this class. A lot of parents concern is being in front of a screen or their kids not being able to stay in front of the camera. But I emphasize its their participation that really makes the experience and walking off screen is not a concern. I think some parents get shy about participating and might feel anxious when their child is acting differently from others. I definitely hear you and understand how these classes and your ability to engage the kids through the screen is captivating and beneficial to their development. We love our classes and will always be your biggest fans!

It’s good bonding time, just like it has always been. Love the other activities Ms. Marie is sending too. The Rhythm Kids movement cards were a hit in my house!
